Join us this Mother’s Day at Life Pointe as we celebrate the incredible moms in our community!

As a special way to honor and support families in need, we’ll be giving away free baby formula to moms in attendance while supplies last.

Whether you’re a first-time guest or part of our church family, we would love to welcome you for a meaningful service and a special day celebrating motherhood.

1. How do I get formula?
Simply fill out the form below and attend our 9AM or 11AM service. We will be distrubting it after the service.

2. How many can I get?
One per child in attendance.

3. What kind of formula do you have?
We have a lot of various brand formulas. Fill out the form and visit on Sunday.  

4. Why do ya'll do this?
We want to show we do more than PREACH that we're for families, we ARE for families.
